How to get there

From the north

Exit the Genoa-Livorno freeway at Rosignano Marittimo. Take the SS1 Aurelia towards Grosseto and exit at Donoratico-Castagneto Carducci. Continue to Castagneto Carducci and, after crossing the village, follow the main road SP329 towards Sassetta. Before entering the village you will find on the right the white sign indicating Sassetta and immediately a few meters later, on the left, the indication Hotel Restaurant La Selva, take the road and on the right you will find the Locanda.

From the South

From the SS1 Aurelia Rome-Grosseto-Livorno exit at Campiglia Marittima-Suvereto-Venturina and take the direction for Suvereto, upon arrival in Suvereto follow the signs Monterotondo-Massa Marittima (ignoring the sign "Sassetta" because the road is long and winding). Continue for about 6 km until a deviation on the left with indications Monteverdi-Sassetta. Take the road continue for another 5 km until the gas station, turn right towards Castagneto Carducci and continue until you find on your right the sign of the restaurant La Selva take the road and on the right you will find the Locanda.
